"I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade now and am passionate about helping others find vitality and enjoyment through exercising.


I studied Physics at Salford University before I embarked on a career as a personal trainer, applying my knowledge of mechanics to the human body.


I specialise in working with people who may be

I specialise in working with people who may be living with musculoskeletal issues, working closely along side physiotherapists.


When I’m not in the gym, I love to play musical instruments. I’ve performed in bands and worked as a guitar teacher before!"

Studying at Sheffield Hallam University, I achieved a first-class bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science, developing a skill-set complete with exercise physiology, strength & conditioning and sports nutrition.


I have worked with elite level athletes to improve their sports performance and I place importance on being compassionate and empathetic in building positive relationships with my clients.


Outside of the gym environment, I have experience in both long distance running and bouldering (climbing), having run multiple marathons and completed V8+ level climbs."

In addition to being a level 3 qualified personal trainer, I have completed the prestigious Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) level 2 cours

"I'm passionate about using exercise to improve mental as well as physical health. I think it's important to take a holistic approach to training and nutrition to truly achieve long lasting results.


In addition to being a level 3 qualified personal trainer, I have completed the prestigious Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) level 2 course in London and am currently studying to achieve my GP referral qualification.


I joined team VIDE in the summer of 2024 and have experience working with clients who are suffering from chronic health conditions such as PCOS, Osteopenia, Anxiety and Musculoskeletal Pain.


An interesting fact about me is that I like to train for HYROX competitions, my next one is in Berlin - bring it on! "


I am amazed by the progress I have made. I cannot recommend VIDE enough.
